DESCRIPTION:Prueba de estrés jurídico a una organización: una aproximación práctica sobre funciones y responsabilidades en caso de accidente de trabajo. \n \nEn el marco de un procedimiento penal simulado por accidente de trabajo\, en el que contaremos con la participación de Juez de lo Penal y un Fiscal especializado en Siniestralidad Laboral\, tendremos la ocasión para realizar un examen práctico de la actuación desarrollada por los diferentes operadores que intervienen en la realidad diaria de un negocio así como observaremos la trascendencia de dicho desempeño en la determinación de responsabilidades por parte de nuestros Jueces y Tribunales. \n \nEstos operadores (Dirección\, mandos intermedios\, subcontratistas\, técnicos de prevención)\, que serán representados por cuatro voluntarios pertenecientes a empresas asociadas a PRL Innovación\, contarán con apoyo legal especializado en el ejercicio de su defensa. \n \nEl supuesto que será presentado estará basado en un escenario de concurrencia de varias empresas en un centro de trabajo (CAE).
