DE 16:00 A 17:30 HORAS \n  \n– JOHN GREEN | Safety – Time for a new direction. \n  \n \nJohn Green \n \n  \nMany organisations are on a journey where it becomes willing to accept that errors do happen: practice is not perfect\, risks have to be taken. This obviously clashes with a vision of zero-harm (which indeed is more of a vision than a realistic goal). \n A couple of things happen with a slavish commitment to zero-vision and the idea that errors do not happen: \n  \n– People will be motivated or incentivized to hide errors and their consequences. This creates shame and guilt and stigmatizes both error and those involved; \n  \n– All incidents\, no matter how small and inevitable\, were once likely to be investigated without regard to their relevance\, impact or inevitability\, potentially distracting and wasting resources that are better spent on deeply analysing “the incident of the month” for example; \n  \n– Learning and improvement can be eroded by a Zero Vision\, as it is based on having nothing negative happen. With nothing happening\, what is left to learn from? Resilient organizations do not focus on reducing backward-looking negative events\, but on the positive\, forward-looking capabilities of people and teams to recognize\, adapt and absorb even those challenges that lie outside the predictable scope or design envelope. \n  \nThe session explores: \n  \n1. Traditionally people are seen as a risk to control in organisations. They are controlled by limiting their choices and behaviours or by placing constraints between them and the actual work. What would happen if we saw people as part of the solution?What are the behaviours and language associated which either option? Do you see some of these in yourself? What do you /we/LOR need to do to shift this paradigm? \n  \n2. Safety performance gets confused with Accident rates. What if we measured some else? What would it be? How would we know if it was working? What would the target be or would there be one? \n  \n3. Paperwork has grown and the bureaucracy around safety is now a significant problem. What do we ask the projects to do or what do we do that adds little value? What’s the dumbest thing that we get people to do? \n  \n4. How do practitioners adapt to this changing paradigm? Teletrabajo\, incertidumbre y estilo de vida saludable  \n  \nEsta temporada 20/21 está siendo muy atípica. Una temporada llena de incertidumbre y con grandes cambios personales y sociales. Analizándola desde la perspectiva de las rutinas diarias\, por un lado nos encontramos personas que mantienen el mismo tipo de trabajo presencial pero con una carga emocional mucho mayor\, y por otro\, personas que teletrabajan al 100% o compatibilizan presencialidad con teletrabajo\, algo nuevo sin duda a nivel social. \n  \nEstamos viviendo una temporada en la que lo más fácil es comer peor\, movernos la mitad\, dormir mal y vivir una tormenta emocional cada día. El teletrabajo\, ya sea en una versión absoluta o compatibilizada con la presencialidad en la oficina ha llegado para quedarse. Por ello\, tenemos una oportunidad única para implementar acciones personales y políticas en las organizaciones que hagan desde este nuevo escenario una revolución positiva para las personas\, las empresas y la sociedad. \n  \nAyudar a las personas a construir hábitos saludables en este inicio de nueva realidad laboral sería una inversión de gran retorno personal y productivo. En este momento que se están creando los hábitos de una nueva realidad. Y en el momento de creación es mucho más fácil actuar que intentar cambiar comportamientos cuando las rutinas ya están instauradas. \n  \n¡Pero atención! Trabajar desde casa ha provocado que muchas personas estén adquiriendo hábitos y rutinas personales en sus domicilios que atascan el equilibrio tanto laboral como personal. Un estilo de vida saludable es un pilar fundamental para el bienestar de una persona y de una sociedad. Y para saludando\, hay 4 pilares básicos para su completo desarrollo: Bienestar Físico\, Nutricional\, Emocional y el Sueño. \n  \nEs sumamente fácil caer en los círculos viciosos. Los vaivenes emocionales afectan al sueño\, lo que afecta a la alimentación y por consiguiente a la falta de energía para moverse. Basar la alimentación explosiva nos lleva a ganar peso\, a dificultar nuestro movimiento diario\, a unos niveles de autoestima menores. \n  \nLa solución no pasa por recetas mágicas\, sino en atacar el círculo vicioso desde una perspectiva integral. DESCRIPTION:Prueba de estrés jurídico a una organización: una aproximación práctica sobre funciones y responsabilidades en caso de accidente de trabajo. \n \nEn el marco de un procedimiento penal simulado por accidente de trabajo\, en el que contaremos con la participación de Juez de lo Penal y un Fiscal especializado en Siniestralidad Laboral\, tendremos la ocasión para realizar un examen práctico de la actuación desarrollada por los diferentes operadores que intervienen en la realidad diaria de un negocio así como observaremos la trascendencia de dicho desempeño en la determinación de responsabilidades por parte de nuestros Jueces y Tribunales. \n \nEstos operadores (Dirección\, mandos intermedios\, subcontratistas\, técnicos de prevención)\, que serán representados por cuatro voluntarios pertenecientes a empresas asociadas a PRL Innovación\, contarán con apoyo legal especializado en el ejercicio de su defensa. \n \nEl supuesto que será presentado estará basado en un escenario de concurrencia de varias empresas en un centro de trabajo (CAE).
